IBENA- According to report of Central Bank, in April of this year, Volume of liquidity reached 4823.29 thousand billion tomans, which is 0.2 percent less than previous month (March 1400). Earlier in April 2013, 10th government period, monthly growth of liquidity was negative, but in 11th and 12th governments we were experiencing a staggering growth of liquidity, which was result of government borrowing from central bank and creation of unnecessary money by banking system.
But in 13th government, by cost management, government has not borrowed from central bank for the first time in last decades. On the other hand, amount of money creation of banks in first quarter of this year has declined for the first time in recent years.
